Spurred on by a desire to taste the boldest flavors from minimally processed cocoa nibs and unrefined sugar, my family encouraged me to offer bean-to-bar vegan chocolate to others. Sampling beans from over 28 cacao farms, the search is for beans that are most friendly to the farmers and to our earth while providing all an eating pleasure with plenty of antioxidants in my fine chocolate.
